What we collect and why
Details you send through our forms (name, email, phone if you give it, preferred location, message) and messages sent by WhatsApp, LINE, phone or email. We use them to answer you and to send the guide you ask for. With your consent we also use Google Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) and improve the site. Legal basis: your consent or steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in running the site.
Who helps us
Web3Forms delivers form messages to us. hCaptcha protects forms from spam and may process your IP address and browser information. Google Analytics (Google LLC) runs only if you accept. Hosting: InMotion Hosting These services may process data outside your country, including outside the EU and Thailand. Where personal data is transferred internationally, applicable safeguards depend on the provider and destination; please contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
Google Analytics (cookies _ga and _ga_JENC9FH0DY) loads only if you accept; advertising features are off. Nothing from Google Analytics loads before that. Your choice is saved in your browser and you can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the page footer.
Your data and your rights
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. We then delete or anonymise it as appropriate. Medwinbay does not maintain a database of submitted contact forms. Information submitted through our contact forms is transmitted to us through our form-processing provider and may be processed or retained by that provider and our email service. Depending on the law that applies to you (for example Thailand's PDPA, or the GDPR in the EU and UK) you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator.
