About Joy and Medwinbay
Independent real estate services in Thailand, backed by extensive experience in Chiang Mai.
Who we are
Medwinbay is an independent real-estate website managed by Joy. Joy has worked in Thai real estate since 2011, starting with Chiangmairiversidecondo.com and specializing in Chiang Mai for more than a decade. She later created the Medwinbay website to showcase selected properties across Thailand.
Where we work
We focus on four regions: Hua Hin and Cha Am on the Gulf coast, Chiang Rai in the far north, and Chiang Mai in the northern interior. For selected clients we also help in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai through our partner Pawat Properties.
How we work
Each location has a different climate, rental market and kind of buyer. The purpose of this site is to help you compare them honestly, without the pressure of a single-project sales pitch. Joy and her team communicate with clients in English, Thai, French, German and Dutch.
